Once the order is paid, within 1 minute you will receive:

– the PDF pattern in your chosen size, in A4 format to be printed at home, letter format to be printed at home, A0 format and plotter format to be printed at the copy shop. The size of the plotter format is indicated in the name of the document. You will need a plotter printer that can print at least 900mm width. About Marla dress:

Marla is a close-fitting dress featuring waist and under the bust seams. The upper edge of the bodice is gathered with tie-straps threaded through casings. The dress has a lined bodice. The shaping of the dress is achieved with princess seams. The garment fastens with an invisible zipper in the center back seam. There is a high slit on the left-leg side of the skirt. Marla is midi length.
Model Alina: Height 172 cm (5’8″), Bust 86 cm (33 7/8”), Waist 65 cm (25 5/8”), Hips 93 cm (36 5/8”). Alina is wearing size 36 in height 3.
Approximate sewing time: 2 days (16 hours).

Suggested Fabric:

To sew this dress, choose dress-weight fabrics with the following properties:
– medium-weight, pliable, soft, non-stretch or with very little stretch
– the fiber content can include natural fibers (silk, cotton), artificial fibers (viscose), blends (wool + silk, polyester + viscose, etc.), and synthetics (polyester, polyester + elastane)
– the following fabrics are recommended: silk, viscose, challis, sateen, poplin, dress-weight denim.
Attention! We do not recommend using very stretchy knit materials.
The garment in the photo is made of artificial silk. The fabric is soft, lightweight, non-structured, a bit sheer, and has no stretch.
The fabric content is 100% polyester.
The lining is made of the main fabric.
